Fletcher Ray to build £185m waste-to-energy plants in Glasgow (Scotland)


Fletcher Ray, a UK firm of architects, has received permission to develop £185m of waste-to-energy facilities in Glasgow, Scotland. Consent has been granted for construction of a 20 MW plant in the west of the city, which is called the South Clyde Energy Centre (SCEC). The SCEC is expected to power 38,000 homes.
